School Policy

Attendance Policy: 1. Students are expected to attend all 12 classes within the batch. 2. In the event of a missed class, a make-up class will be provided as outlined in the Make-up Class Policy below. 3. If a student is absent for more than 2 classes without prior email notification to the Academy, their batch enrollment will be terminated. 4. The student may rejoin the same course batch within 30 days from the date of the last attended class; failure to do so will result in batch forfeiture. 5. Upon rejoining within the 30-day window, the Academy may assign a different teacher or time slot, and the student will need to purchase add-on classes equivalent to the number of missed classes to continue in the batch. 6. After 30 days from the last attended class, re-enrollment in the course will be required. Make-Up Class Policy: 1. Make-up classes, provided out of turn, are offered for the following reasons: 2. If a class is canceled due to teacher unavailability or technical issues originating from the Academy. 3. If a student requests a reschedule – a maximum of 2 make-up classes are allowed per course, including add-on classes, for student absences or rescheduling requests. 4. Make-up classes should be attended before the next scheduled class to maintain course continuity. All make-up classes will be scheduled within the 12-week period of the batch, including any add-on classes. 5. In-campus students in group classes are not eligible for make-up classes; please consult the center coordinator for specific policies. Add-On Class (Additional Class) Policy: 1. While the course curriculum is designed to cover all lesson plans in 12 classes, the Academy may recommend additional add-on classes to achieve desired learning outcomes and maintain high-quality learning. 2. Teachers may suggest extra one-on-one sessions for students with specific learning objectives. 3. Students must complete these one-on-one sessions before the batch is considered closed. 4. Failure to purchase add-on classes within 2 weeks after the last attended class will result in batch closure, following the Attendance Policy. 5. Add-on classes may be taken by students who require extra time in the course, those with more than 2 absences, or students recommended by the teacher for specific concepts or compositions. 6. A mutually convenient time slot will be scheduled for add-on classes. 7. If a student misses a scheduled add-on class, refunds or rescheduling will not be provided. 8. Failure to purchase add-on classes within 2 weeks after the last scheduled class may result in the Academy assigning a different time slot than the student's regular class.
