What is the School's Refund Policy? For courses lasting 4 weeks, refunds are not applicable. However, for courses exceeding 4 weeks in duration, the following refund policies are in effect: 1. Once a student enrolls in a course, it cannot be transferred to another individual. 2. In cases where transfer is not possible, the student may request a refund, which is solely at the School's discretion. 3. The refund amount is determined based on the following schedule, starting from the date when the School receives the written refund request: (1) The scheduled class date (the calendar date of the class) will be used for all refund calculations, whether the class occurs as planned or not, for any reason. 4. Additionally, all refunds are subject to a processing fee, the amount of which varies based on the currency of payment: 1. USD 25 2. INR 750 3. EUR 25 4. GBP 35 5. NZD 32 5. Registration fees along with GST (Goods and Services Tax) payments are non-refundable. 6. Refund requests must be initiated within 28 days of the course fee payment. After 28 days from the date of enrollment, the entire course fee will be forfeited by the student. 7. Refunds for any applicable taxes (such as GST) will be withheld if the refund request is made more than 5 working days after enrollment. 8. Re-enrollments are non-refundable, and the course start date can only be deferred once, not exceeding 4 weeks from the initially selected start date. The course fee will be forfeited if deferred beyond 4 weeks from the original start date.
9. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide our customers with flexibility while also maintaining fairness and sustainability for our business. Customers who have opted for our membership model can cancel their membership at any time, and they will not be charged for any future billing cycles. We do not impose any long-term commitments or cancellation fees for memberships. For customers who have purchased individual courses with a one-time fee, cancellations are generally not applicable since these courses provide lifetime access. However, if there are exceptional circumstances or concerns, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to address their specific situation. We are committed to ensuring that our cancellation policy is customer-friendly and transparent, providing peace of mind to those who engage with our services.
