At Shārangadev School of Music and Culture, our mission is to inspire a lifelong love for music in people of all ages and backgrounds. Shārangadev School offers an inclusive learning environment, with exceptional instructions, thereby empowering students to enhance and grow their musical potential. Our goal is to enable the culmination of well-rounded musicians with deep knowledge in theory, performance, and culture from our student fraternity. We also aim to create a supportive musical community, enriching lives and culture.
Our Founder
Dr. Sangeeta Shankar
Violinist, Composer, Educator, Enterprenuer, specializing in the Classical & World music genres. She is the 7th generation of Traditional musicians – with Gold Medals in BA,MA & a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University. Owns a Record Lable, Designed music educational courses in many institutions, Performs Shows and has coached many students to reach excellence in the last 30 yrs.
